Instructions

1.
Put all ingredients in a pan and stir until blueberries are thawed and lightly mashed.
If using either xanthan gum or gelatine, just use one of them.
2.
After simmering for 5 minutes, pour the jam into a container while it's hot.

Tips

Strawberry standalone products aren't recommended. Its net carbs are higher than other berries.
If you use Korean strawberries I'm gonna cry. Those are pretty much strawberry shaped sugar bombs.
